Ab Technologies was founded by Bertrand and Charlotte Jouault in 1990 and is based in Morbihan (France). It manufactures intermediate food products (I.F.P.) of cheese, conventional cheese and vegan cheese for the food industry in France and Europe. Over the years, the group has experienced sustained growth thanks to its capacity for innovation and anticipation of market needs. Joined by the second generation, the group has diversified and allows its customers to benefit from a very complete offer of solutions and formats thanks to its 4 manufacturing sites. With around sixty conscientious and committed employees, the BRC-certified group offers tailor-made cheese solutions, vegetable alternatives to products: dairy, meat and seafood, as well as functional and technological mixes for the food industry. AB Technologies is a BCR certified group and an HQC Halal certified group.
