Carl Kühne KG is a German food manufacturer that mainly produces vinegars and delicatessen products. As one of the largest producers of vinegar, gherkins and mustard in Europe, the family business sells its products in more than 50 countries. In addition to the range intended for the end consumer, Kühne also supplies mass catering and the food industry. Two thirds of sales are generated in Germany and one third abroad. The headquarters of Carl Kühne KG, which employs 150 people, is in Hamburg. The production sites in Germany are spread across Berlin, Hagenow, Sennfeld near Schweinfurt, Hamm and Straelen. Outside of Germany, production takes place in France (Dijon), Poland (Wałbrzych) and Turkey (Izmir). HQC certifies Carl Kühne's vinegar, mustard, mayonnaise, dressings and sauces.
