The WIEMO - Wiehengebirgs-Molkerei dairy, founded in 1929, processes milk from the region into high-quality dairy products. 54 farmers deliver around 30 million kilograms of GMO-free raw milk to the dairy every year. After careful analysis, this raw material is turned into high-quality dairy products such as whole milk, cream, sour cream, crème fraîche, yoghurt or quark and other specialties. Modern production facilities and qualified personnel guarantee perfect quality. Today, the traditional family business is managed by the third generation.
