The environment, family, animal welfare, ecology… These are the values that the French company KOKIRIKI Plant based food is committed to on a daily basis. The commitment to the ecosystem is inherent in the manufacture of their French vegan products, in the choice of suppliers and raw materials, and is passed on as far as possible to their partners. Family company established in 2018. The young company is producing in France more than 30 plant based & amazing recipes thanks to the team of 15 employees. For 30 years, the founding family has been developing plant-based cheeses in Brittany for manufacturers of pizzas, nuggets, sandwiches, etc., who use them as an ingredient. Between 2013 and 2020, the second generation developing the first brand of plant-based cheeses available though retail distribution in France, and later abroad. This range is entirely manufactured in Saint Nazaire under the brand Nature & Moi (now Nurishh), which will later be sold to the dairy Bel group to give it all the chances of being as close as possible to end consumers. Based on this experience, Kokiriki created in 2018, opens a factory in Ponchâteau dedicated to the development and manufacture of 100% vegan cold-cuts, meats, delicatessen and seafood products.. The main raw materials used are peas, millet, acacia, chicory, manioc, soya, potatoes and radishes. Our philosophy is nutritional!
