Frischli Milchwerke GmbH is a German dairy products manufacturer. The company has three production sites in Germany, Rehburg-Loccum, Weißenfels and Eggenfelden. Frischli Milchwerke employs around 1000 people who produce around 120 fresh and long-life dairy products. The company's head office is in Rehburg-Loccum. Products such as UHT milk, powdered milk and cream are manufactured there. The Weißenfels/Saale dairy was completely rebuilt in 1992 as a specialist company for quark. At this site, in addition to UHT milk, the well-known milk quark meal « Leckermäulchen » are produced. The frischli Milchwerk Huber in Eggenfelden was taken over in 1996. Eggenfelden is one of the largest producers of coffee cream portions in Europe and produces more than 2 billion cups annually. All three sites are certified by HQC Halal and certified according to the quality management system QM-Milch.
